
This Lunar New Year, we're celebrating at Koya City and Koya Soho with a selection of special dishes bringing a Chinese twist to our Japanese kitchens.
At Koya City, we've created a Mapo Tofu Udon special with long noodles symbolising longevity. Best enjoyed alongside our Prawn Wontons - representing celebration and good fortune - finished with our house-made Bitsy Chilli Oil.
Over at Koya Soho, the specials include Sea Bream Spring Rolls, Salted Egg Yolk Chicken Wings and Agedashi Kabu - dishes all traditionally linked to new beginnings, abundance and stability.
These specials will be available throughout February.
